Where Did My Coins Go? Understanding Post-Upgrade Deductions


The OKLUTE IN website recently underwent a system upgrade designed to improve the user experience.

While upgrading, a temporary error occurred whereby some users received auto-credited extra coins which were not intended to be credited at the time. The issue was resolved quickly; however, prior to the system being re-validated, some users had already used these excess coins for their activities.

After the upgrading was complete and the balances were synchronised, the platform re-adjusted all accounts back to their actual original coin balance by automatically deducting the excess coin balance from their account.

As a result, those users who had spent excess coins may have noticed that their balance was deducting. For this issue to be rectified and to ensure that the platform was functioning correctly, a correction was required for these over-credits.

The updated OKLUTE version is optimized to be light-fast and secure, further enhancing performance and reliability. The system has now stabilised and all balances are correct and accurate.
