How Long Does an Ad Stay Online? 
The visibility period of your ad depends on the type of listing and any active promotions.

You can check the exact expiration date of your ad from your account dashboard at any time. All ads on Oklute remain active for 30-120 days.

How to Check Your Ad Expiration Date

To view your ad's expiration date:
1.    Log in to your Oklute account.
2.    Open the Your Ads section.
3.    Locate the ad you want to review.
4.    Check the status and expiration information displayed with the listing.

We recommend checking your dashboard regularly to avoid unexpected expiration.

How to Renew Your Ad

If your ad is eligible for renewal:
1.    Log in to your account.
2.    Go to Your Ads.
3.    Select the listing you want to renew.
4.    Click Renew Ad.
5.    Follow the on-screen instructions.

Renewing your ad before it expires can help maintain visibility and avoid interruptions.

How to Keep Your Ad Active Longer

To increase the visibility and lifespan of your listing, you may be able to:
•    Renew your ad before expiration
•    Activate a promotional plan
•    Update your listing regularly
•    Ensure your ad complies with platform guidelines

Available options may vary depending on your account and listing type.

Check Your Ad Status

Your ad may display one of the following statuses:
•    Active
•    Pending Review
•    Expired
•    Disabled

If your ad is no longer visible, checking its status is the fastest way to identify the reason.

Common Issues

I can't see my expiration date
Make sure you're logged into the correct account and viewing the ad from the Your Ads section.

The "Renew Ad" button isn't available
The ad may have already expired, been removed, or may not currently be eligible for renewal.

My ad is no longer online
Check the ad status in your dashboard and verify whether the listing has expired.

I renewed my ad but don't see any changes
Allow some time for the renewal to be processed and reflected on the platform.
