Can You Change the City of a Published Ad?
No. Once an ad has been published, its city cannot be changed. This helps maintain accurate listings and ensures users can find relevant ads in their selected location.
If your ad was posted in the wrong city, you will need to remove it and create a new ad using the correct location.
How to Fix an Ad Published in the Wrong City
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Oklute account.
- Go to Your Ads.
- Locate the ad published in the wrong city.
- Click Delete and confirm the action.
- Create a new ad.
- Select the correct city during the posting process.
- Complete the remaining details and publish your ad.

To avoid posting your ad in the wrong location, double-check your selected state and city before submitting your ad.
Common Issues
I selected the wrong city by mistake
The city cannot be edited after publication. Delete the ad and create a new one with the correct location.
I cannot find my city
Only available cities are displayed during ad submission. If your city is not listed, contact support for assistance. See here for new available cities.
Will deleting my ad affect my account?
No. Deleting an ad only removes that specific listing and does not affect your account.
