How to Reset Your Password:
Navigate to the Oklute website. Look for the user icon (or 'Login' button) usually located in the top right corner of the page, and click it.
On the login screen, select the "Forgot your password" link.
Enter the email address associated with your Oklute account and click "Reset password" (or "Submit").
Check your inbox! We'll send an email with a secure link and instructions to set a brand new password.
Didn't receive the email?
Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder. Sometimes our emails can land there by mistake. If you still can't find it after a few minutes, double-check that you entered the correct email address for your Oklute account.
Create a Strong, Secure Password:
Once you're creating your new password, remember these tips for maximum protection of your account:
Be at least 8 characters long (longer is always better).
