Temporarily Hiding Your Listing (Suspension)
Need to take a listing offline without deleting it permanently? Suspending a listing makes it invisible to the public on the site, but keeps all its details saved in your account. This allows you to easily reactivate it whenever you're ready.
Steps to Suspend Your Listing:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the "Your Ads" section.
- Locate the listing you wish to suspend.
- Click the "Suspend" button positioned next to that specific listing.
Important Note on Active Promotions:
If your listing currently has an active promotion (such as "VIP" or "VIPPRIME"), please be aware:
Suspending your listing will NOT pause the promotion. It will continue to run its full course, even though your ad is no longer visible on the site.
No refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of a suspended listing's promotion.
Recommendation: To maximize the visibility you paid for, we strongly advise waiting until your active promotion has concluded before suspending your listing.
Reactivating a Suspended Listing
When you're ready to make your listing visible again:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the "Your Ads" section.
- Select the "Unpublished" tab to view your suspended listings.
- Click the "Publish" button next to the listing you wish to reactivate.
